Hi! My name is Christian, and I’m running for Memphis City Council.

I grew up in Memphis, the son of a minister and a piano teacher. I went to college in Chattanooga. My first job out of college was building Green Leaf Learning Farm, a urban farm in South Memphis with an amazing after-school program called Knowledge Quest. Thanks to the leadership of Marlon Foster, Green Leaf is thriving today.

I’ve spent my career working on challenges related to economic growth, sustainability, and food security. I’ve worked for NGOs, the federal government, and the private sector - in Memphis, Washington, D.C., and across the globe.

My wife, Brooke, is from Virginia. We have three young children and live in East Memphis.
